Return & Refund Policy

At AestheticEra.in, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.
  • Return Tag Condition: Every product is shipped with a special “Return Tag”. Items with the return tag removed, cut, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.
  • Customized, personalized, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or a short video showing the issue, along with your order number, to support@aestheticera.in. Our team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refund Amount Deduction Policy: All refunds will be issued after deducting fixed shipping and handling charges. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹300 per order will be deducted, and for Prepaid orders, ₹200 per order will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Examples:
    • If your COD order value is ₹1,000, your refund will be ₹700 after deducting ₹300 shipping charges.
    • If your Prepaid order value is ₹1,000, your refund will be ₹800 after deducting ₹200 shipping charges.
    • If your COD order value is ₹599, your refund will be ₹300 after deduction.
    • If your Prepaid order value is ₹599, your refund will be ₹399 after deduction.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings, nose pins, and other body jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased on clearance or during sale events.
  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@aestheticera.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product photos (with return tag visible), and reason for return.

6. Policy Updates

Aesthetic Era reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the latest “Last Updated” date.
